Some notes for our customers outside the US
All new customer orders coming from outside the US or Canada must be paid for by wire transfer. Contact Eileen at queen@bottlehead.com or 1-360-697-1936 for the necessary information.
Universal Power Transformers
At this time we do not have universal power transformers in any of our kits. They are all built for 120VAC mains only. You should be able to fairly readily access a stepdown transformer in your home country.
Shopping Cart
At this time our shopping cart is only functional for orders shipping to the US and Canada. Call us at 360-697-1936 for assistance in ordering products to be shipped to other countries or e-mail us at queen@bottlehead.com
Canada
We ship to our Canadian customers via Air Parcel, except for speaker kits which ship USPS surface. You can order items using the order buttons designated for shipping to Canadian addresses on the product description pages
Other countries
In most cases we ship by Air Parcel, except for speaker kits. Call us at 360-697-1936 for assistance in the best shipping method.
Customs Valuation
We occasionally receive requests to undervalue our shipments out of the country. We are sympathetic with our customers who face excessive duty charges by the customs agencies of their home country, but we are unable to accommodate these requests. If you need special documentation to be able to pick up your kit please let us know, as we are not familiar with all of the various customs requirements around the world. Please check with your local customs office regarding duty, we do not know what the duty will be. We will do our best to let you know when you kit ships so that you can plan to pick it up once it clears customs. We cannot be held responsible for duty, storage charges accrued, or kits returned to us for not being picked up after you have been notifed by your local customs office.
