Some notes for our customers outside the US.
Universal Power Transformers
At this time we do not have universal power transformers in any of our kits. However we do have 240V versions of the power transformers for the S.E.X. kit, Foreplay III kit, and the Paramount kit. The 240V transformers are made in limited runs and thus cost a little more than the standard 120V transformers. The additional cost for S.E.X. or Foreplay III kits with 240V power transformers is $25 and the additional cost for Paramount kits with 240V power transformers is $30.

We ship to our customers outside the US and Canada via Priority Air. You can order items using the order buttons designated for shipping to Worldwide addresses on the product description pages.
Customs Valuation
We occasionally receive requests to undervalue our shipments out of the country. We are sympathetic with our customers who face excessive duty charges by the customs agencies of their home country, but we are unable to accommodate these requests. If you need special documentation to be able to pick up your kit please let us know, as we are not familiar with all of the various customs requirements around the world. Please check with your local customs office regarding duty, we do not know what the duty will be. We will do our best to let you know when you kit ships so that you can plan to pick it up once it clears customs. We cannot be held responsible for duty, storage charges accrued, or kits returned to us for not being picked up after you have been notified by your local customs office.
