just wanted to check to see if the resistance readings are within range.
terminal strips
t2 85 Kohms (vs 71 Kohms)
t14 85 Kohms (vs 71 Kohms)
nine pin sockets
b4 622 ohms (not infinity)
c4 622 ohms (also not infinity)
everything else looks good. thanks

Yes, those first readings are good. The 85k ohm readings are close enough to the goal.
Looking at the schematic the two tube pins you mention are measuring across the two resistors at the regulator (on the power supply circuit board on page 13 in the green and yellow circles). They sum to 624 ohms.
The odd thing is
that you don't have the 10uF Tantalum capacitors charging to infinity. One is shown at the bottom of page 13 and the installed pair are on page 14. Are those in place? Could they be backward?

B4 and C4 are correct; I don't know how that * got into the manual.
T2 and T14 will read 85K with the meter in one direction, less the other way - the latter seems to be what is in the manual. If you look at the schematic, you will see the 75K from the EF86 plate to ground, and the 10,5K from T2 to the plate makes it 85K. What is not obvious is that the transistor on the C4S will conduct in one direction, to the 220K which goes to ground. The actual current depends on the voltage used by your meter when it measures resistance - we got 71K with the meter in the lab. We probably should have tried it both ways, but once you start down that road, the tests become more complicated and difficult to perform and interpret.
