I get capacitors from DIY Hi-Fi in 7-10 days from placing my order. They are in Hong Kong. But, sadly, they have set a very high goal for others in China.

It arrived just a minute ago. The weight was down in a corner of the bag (would have fit inside the box for the scale easily, there's even a place for it) so everyone who ordered one be certain that you get it out before throwing the bag in the trash.
Later:
I tried the weight on the scale. It was 5.0g. On my other two scales it measured 4.9g and 4.99g.
Later, recently I tried again. On the scale it came with it measured 5.02g and 4.9g and 4.99g again on the other two.

So the 5.0g reference weight is actually closer to 6g? On my scale, if I weigh something more than 5g, it says "FULL". If the weight were actually 5.99g, shouldn't your other scale read 6.0g instead of 5.9g? Can you check with another weight that's definitely between 0g - 5g? Maybe a coin? Or a VTF measurement? Ugh.

Oh, Crap! I typed 5.xx instead of 4.xx. The two other scales read lower by a tenth than the new scale.
I edited the above post to read right. Thanks for pointing it out. This scale is pretty sharp! And a steal at this price!

We used this scale at Paully's house a couple of weeks ago. It made a difference. The Shure SFG-2 wasn't as accurate and I think it costs more, yup, $36 + shipping.
BTW, I sold the Shure SFG-1 back when it was new. It was accurate but it read up to about 10g. It sucked for the light tracking cartridges of the early 70's that wanted 1/4g to 1g for tracking.
Now I need to sell the high priced SFG I bought and just keep this one. It really is good.

I bought one about a week ago. Guess I'll have it pretty soon. Im interested in comparing it to the 10 gram cheapy I got from N.Y. which seems pretty ok.

We set up a Souther SLT arm on Paully's Thorens TD-150 on Saturday. By the way, it sounded beautiful after we got it cleaned and set properly. Paully did all the work, I read instructions. We used this scale and it shows up the expensive Maple Shade SFG I own, not going to own it for long if I can help it. The only drawback is the seller sends you emails forever after you buy. I'm convinced that the small range makes it more accurate. I used to have to calibrate strain gauge load cells back when I worked at Alcoa. I expect this is what these gauges use and that the small "span" accounts for very accurate readings. Hey, this is a bump and for the price this needs to be a sticky. Of course no affiliation with the seller. Here is another place that sells the scale ($13.39) and weight ($1.47) separately (says free shipping): http://www.airaccent.com/001g-5g-digital-pocket-scale-black-p-70895.htmlhttp://www.airaccent.com/professional-precision-digital-scale-5g-calibration-weight-5gram-49252-p-49252.html
