Caps question

I have bought a few Obbliga caps for my S.E.X. but cannot find any indications on these caps which side the negative side is?

I'am still a newbie in the world of electronics. :-)

It is my understanding that film-oil caps are not polarized, so you may install them any way you wish. I have only run into a select few film caps with a specified negative terminal, and never have I seen a film-oil cap with one. If you can't find any indications, than I think it's evidence enough that there isn't one. Grainger is the expert with the Obbligato caps so he would know for sure.

What you want to know is which lead is connected to the layer of foil that ends up on the outside of the roll. If that lead is connected to the circuit at the point of lowest potential relative to the other lead it will, in theory, pick up less noise.
