Hi All..

I want to make an enclosure for my Crack and I've seen a few made with FPE.  I've been using that software for years, but only to make front and rear panels.  I see now that they have a kit that consists of some extrusions that join all six sides of a box together, some screws, and some feet.

I'm guessing that your top and bottom plate will be the same size, the front and back will be the same length as your top , the sides will be the same length as the width of your top, the height of the four sides will all be the same.

Will all the corners and edges be seamless once assembled or will the extrusions be visable?

How small of a corner radius should I use on each plate?

I think I figured out my questions with the manual from FPE on enclosures and by downloading their sample enclosures and looking at the panels.

Call Front Panel as ask for Paul. He can help you figure out the best way to fit youre panels together - he does it for Bottlehead all the time.

will do...

I saw his name while surfing the FPE website.

I'm going to put a choke and motor run cap in place of the last resistor and cap in the PSU as suggested by PB so I started to layout the top and thought I might as well move the input and outputs to the front and back.

At that point I'm 3 panels away from an enclosure.

Here's a good question, what is the minimum height needed to clear the tallest speedball heatsink when installed in the stock location?
