I think this new format will be quite nice, after a bit of re-habituation. I love the old forum in classic view, everything's laid out right in front of you, however, it seems that it might be easier for newcomers to get a grasp on the community by having all the different categories.

It would be a terrible shame to lose any of the stuff from the old forum. I know there is tons of useful information there that I have found invaluable. I will try to find some of my favorite saved links to send along.

You know one thing that is available here that wasn't possible on the old BB is the "search in,.. or search all" commands in search.
Being able to choose which forum is searched is huge if you wanta skip all the reams of info on every product that Bottlehead has ever produced.
Even though you could refine your search, it's already product specific if you use "search in,.." command.
