On page 34 the written part for caps 22uf 450v says to "attach the striped end to 11U and non striped end to 12U".  The picture shows different and the same on the B side 21U & 22U.  I would say the picture is the correct way.

Yes, thank you, those terminals are indeed reversed in the text. It should be assembled as shown in the picture.

That is our reality check. The manual uses pictures taken during assembly of the production prototype, so you know the pictures are correct - we have tested the prototype before anything actually ships! (On the rare occasion there is a change, photoshop comes to the rescue - but we work hard to make sure the pictures are correct.

I also found a mistake.
Installation of plate chokes and output transformers: You are never told to install the ground tabs on 2 of the screws.
