Not the best finish in the world on the wood, just used water based satin PU varnish.
Will spend more time on it later, as jsut cant stop listening to it.

You have my finishes beat.  I think they, top plate and base, look really good.

Of course I like the caps.  I always like a big pair on a, er, amplifier.

Thanks Grainger, good old Rustoleum was used on the chassi plate, easy to apply used 3 coats in 10 minute intervals.
Now just waiting for my speedball to arrive, which should be shipped in a week or so according to the queen.
