Thanks to all for the information.  The Humble Homemade Hi-Fi Capacitor Comparison was exhaustive and informative.  He has a better memory and ability to compare than I do.  Or maybe he has a better setup for comparing capacitors than I do.  But it was a great read.

The birthday caps (Mundorf Silver/Oil) came with the Teflon tube sockets for my Paramours.  I just wish I could get a pair of sockets for the 76 drivers.  The ceramic socket is unreliable, needing re-tensioning periodically.
