Got an email from Mike today that the full nickel iron is on the way!

The 6uF were under rated voltage wise and were switched out for a pair of KBG 4uF 600v.  For some reason I was under the impression that these Russian caps were AC rated, not DC... Oh well, live and learn; thankfully they caps took the voltage with no problem.

I have bought a box full of different KKs.  They all have been good to excellent sounding.  I would just guess that quality control was tight.  These were used by the military.  If you sent defective or unreliable parts you must might disappear.
