 dropped in some mullard 6dj8 in place of black 6cg7 into fp3. 6dj8s were in the garage for 2 years in a broken scope i scrounged. 6dj8s are dead quiet, detailed,  now i need 2 dial in the 6.3vac

Lots of gain though I bet?  Probably too much for most folks.
