New Forum quirk?

I just noticed that I had no access to view pictures in the galleries if here as a guest; I had to log in as a user to actually see anything.

I can't imagine what purpose this might serve.

Please forgive me if this has been covered already.

That is set in the admin console under permissions. It may have just been an oversight or done to conserve bandwidth.

I hate that when it happens to me on other forums. I think I fixed it, but let me know if you still can't view attachments as a guest.
