BTW, if your health care provider invites you to participate in a clinical study that includes a TRUS prostate biopsly (well, actually it was several over the year of the study) - respectfully decline

Well this thread has gone to $hit!

I asked my bother in law, a doctor, how doctors learn prostate exams.  He said just how they learned to give injections, on each other... I thought.  I asked if they found many bad prostates in a group of 21-24 year olds.  He said there was usually one in the class.  Then everybody had to learn what a bad one was like.

I feel sorry for that Med student!

When I was in medical school we learned on regular patient in the clinic.  We didn't practice on each other
